How many dogs one groomer finishes in a day, which is the shop's entire ceiling.

Why It Matters

Revenue is groomers times dogs times price, and the first term is the one that cannot be raised by trying harder: a full-service groom takes the time it takes. So a shop at capacity grows only by hiring, and a shop below capacity has a booking problem, not a demand problem. Ask for dogs per groomer per day against the appointment book, because the two together say which of those two businesses is being sold.
