Contracted washing of a company's trucks on a standing schedule, billed monthly.

Why It Matters

Fleet accounts wash the same trucks weekly or monthly on contracted rates, which converts a seasonal one-off trade into schedulable, year-round revenue. Sale guidance for the trade treats recurring commercial share as the central multiple lever, and fleet work is its steadiest form. A fleet book also concentrates: count how much of it sits with the top accounts before pricing it, because one lost yard can be a season's margin.
