One-time, higher-margin project work (plantings, hardscape, irrigation upgrades) sold on top of a recurring maintenance contract.

Enhancement revenue is where the margin lives but it does not recur, so a buyer separates the sticky maintenance base from the lumpy enhancement upside when valuing the book.
