Sold to Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm whose release of November 12, 2019 says it partnered with management to acquire the company, quoting both searchers as co-chief executives. Both backers date their own exits to 2019, and the company's old address now forwards to Allyant.

The searchers held it 5 years, from 2014 to 2019.

These sources name who runs the business and when the firm invested, rather than saying in a sentence that the searchers bought it. The index host's card says the two led the company and that it was acquired in 2014, which states the purchase without saying the two made it; the second backer's card carries the company and names nobody. Led is the card's word, and nothing says either bought it.
