License qualifier

The individual whose contractor license the business legally operates under, whose credential must stay with the company for it to bid work and pull permits.

If the qualifier is the seller, the license can walk at closing: a buyer must line up a qualified replacement or become one, or the business cannot legally operate the day after the sale.
