Definition

A recurring program of tree and shrub care, fertilization, pest and disease control, and monitoring, sold as an ongoing plan rather than a one-time job.

Why It Matters

PHC is the recurring, weather-independent revenue a buyer pays a premium for, so its share of the book is a core driver of a tree service multiple.
