Weekly arrangements delivered to offices and restaurants on a repeating order.

Why It Matters

Holidays are the trade's revenue and they are three days a year; standing orders are the weeks in between, and they are what makes a shop worth a multiple instead of a seasonal job. They also come with delivery routes, credit terms and a decision-maker at each account who may be loyal to the person leaving. Ask for the account list, how long each has run, and who at the shop knows them.
