These sources name who runs the business and when the firm invested, rather than saying in a sentence that the searchers bought it. The index host names both as co-chief executives beside its 2022 investment and its roster files a partnered search launched in 2021. The founders' own site describes the purchase. A later backer's card about their next vehicle says one of them previously acquired the company through a prior search fund. Nothing on the index host says they bought it.
