Its own address now forwards to The Amlon Group, whose March 2026 release says it acquired the company's assets and names no seller, so whether the vehicle held it to that sale nothing read says. One backer names him chief executive beside the fund on its partners page and lists the company against 2021; the seller's counsel, its adviser and an awards body name the vehicle as the buyer and none names him.
