Altera Transmission

What It Says

An entrepreneurial vehicle whose stated purpose is to take over and grow one French company, led by an operator backed by fifteen entrepreneur-investors.

Run by Ghislaine Alami.

Paris, France.

What It Wants

Publishes nothing about what it wants to buy.

Its Own Site

alteratransmission.com is where every line above was read, and the only thing that can say this search is still running.

Found through Istria Capital and Novidam, which publishes who is searching for it. A backer’s listing is how a name is found rather than why it is here.
