Why It Matters

Recurring commercial routes are low-churn, predictable, and densely stopped, and their share is what moves the multiple. Ask for the retainer list with start dates and cancellation history, and check who signed each one. A route built on a property manager's relationship with the owner is worth less than one built on the buildings themselves, and only the second survives the sale.
