Why It Matters

It is the credential buyers look for, and the trained technicians behind it are the asset that actually holds the service book together. Ask who on staff carries the training, how long they have been there, and what it would cost to replace them, because in a trade this short of technicians the answer is usually more than the accreditation itself is worth. The certificate is a signal; the people are the business.
