The searcher's own firm's page says he ran the company for twelve years and prints no year on either end; the backer's card files the company under a year-invested field, 2011, which is that backer's label. Nothing read states when the purchase closed. A business magazine's feature of November 8, 2016 says the two bought UCIT Online, a video security company in Ontario, after a class they took, without a year. It says their investment company completed the purchase of Stealth Monitoring, a Dallas company whose name the group carries, that week; the first purchase is the row's and the feature does not date it. A trade site's undated report says a security firm agreed in 2024 to acquire the group. The searchers' own vehicle's Form D of November 2016, from the Mississauga address, sold $10,595,000 with a board of search investors and the founder beside them, five years after the backer's 2011 label. That is a later raise and not the close, and the entity's filings begin in 2016.

What Happened Next

Sold to GardaWorld, whose release of November 1, 2024 announced the completion of the acquisition, closed October 31; its agreement release of October 21 quotes one searcher as president. An investment firm took a significant stake in 2019 with the searchers' vehicle keeping a substantial one.
