A third backer's grid files the company under its second fund with an acquisition year of 2023 and names nobody. A trade report of January 2024 lists the vehicle among the twelve search funds that bought a Spanish company in 2023, and the company's own page dates the entry of international investors to 2024. A fourth backer's July 2025 article names both men and says their persistence paid off with the acquisition of the company.
