The only date any source carries is the backer's own investment year on its portfolio list, which is the backer's date rather than the purchase. The company's own site was read in full and states no ownership change and no year for one. A business paper's report of February 11, 2025 says Colca Capital, the Peruvian vehicle that a legal trade site says bought Polysistemas in 2020, completed the acquisition of the company and does not name him. Whether that is his purchase or a second company under one vehicle is unsettled.
