An Italian online training provider working in its field since 1991 by its own page, bought together with Dinamica Job Academy through a purpose vehicle by a search fund of Italian law, in the trade report's words, and deeply renewed since, by a magazine.

What Happened Next

Still held: a trade report of June 2024 says the search fund found its two targets and constituted a purpose vehicle to acquire both, and a magazine of May 2025 names one searcher the company's chief executive after the acquisition. One backer's card pairs both men with the company by a link and another's prints both as its chief executives.

The exit ends of journeys like this one, where the buyer has announced the purchase itself, are on Buyers.

Method & Source

This record is double-sourced: it joined when the purchase and, where the company has traded on, the exit could both be read in primary accounts rather than inferred.
