What It Is
Three days of in-person tactical training on finding, valuing and funding a small acquisition, run by operators and dealmakers rather than by a school. The program covers deal flow, letters of intent, SBA financing and diligence, and past cohorts have reviewed a live letter of intent in front of the room. Applications close two weeks before the doors open.
For first-time buyers and searchers getting ready to close, with four hundred alumni behind them.
