Why It Matters

The teaching bench is the cost structure: a school pays each teacher a share of the lesson fee, as an employee or a contractor, and the model chosen carries classification risk, scheduling control, and loyalty consequences. Read the split, the model, and each teacher's studio share. A heavily loaded teacher who leaves takes a roster with them, and a school of contractors teaching their own students in your rooms is closer to a booth-rental salon than to an enrollment business.
