The share of each lesson fee paid to the teacher, and the employment model behind it.

Why It Matters

The teaching bench is the cost structure: schools commonly pay teachers half or more of the lesson fee, as employees or contractors, and the model chosen carries classification risk, scheduling control, and loyalty consequences. Read the split, the model, and each teacher's studio share, because a heavily loaded teacher who leaves takes a roster with them, and a school of contractors teaching their own students in your rooms is closer to a booth-rental salon than to an enrollment business.
