The named individuals whose credential is what lets the shop offer an extended warranty.

Why It Matters

The wood flooring association's certification program tests individuals and issues six named certifications to people and not to companies, and lists only certified professionals in its own directory. So the credential walks with the person: an asset purchase whose crew does not come across buys a company with no certified installers, and the seller's directory listing does not convey. Read the roster against the payroll before pricing any warranty program the shop advertises.
