Document request list (DRL)

The itemized list of records a buyer sends the seller after the LOI: statements, returns, contracts, payroll, licenses, and the rest of what diligence will verify, usually grouped by workstream.

Sending a complete one on day one sets the diligence clock honestly; dribbling requests out over weeks reads as disorganization and burns exclusivity you paid for.
