The shared folder where a seller or broker stages the deal's documents: financials, contracts, leases, and everything the request list asks for, with access controlled and sometimes logged.

How it is organized tells you about the sale's preparation, and what is missing from it is a diligence finding in itself; keep your own copy of everything as it arrives.
