How Groups Use It
- Run the 90-Day Syllabus as a semester arc: one phase per month, with the tools as homework and the guides as case discussions.
- Assign two students the same live listing and have both run the Deal Screener and a Sources & Uses, then defend their differences.
- Use an industry guide as the reading before a guest speaker from that industry; the licensing and pricing sections generate the questions.
- Have every member build a Buyer Profile in week one and revise it after the quiz and the affordability math; the diffs are the learning.
