PMGC Holdings
The Firm
IT BUYS AT A SIZE A SEARCHER RECOGNIZES, which is rare on this shelf. Its first CNC purchase was a California shop that had turned just over $1.39 million of revenue the year before, and the release names the price: $650,000 in cash. A buyer bidding on a shop that size is bidding against a public company.
It names what it bought and when. Two purchases three months apart in 2025, the platform shop in July and then that platform buying all the operating assets of a forty-year-old Hawthorne CNC company in October. The second was made by the subsidiary rather than the parent, which is the shape a roll-up takes once it owns its first shop.
The 2026 index is where a seller should look next, and it says two things at once. The subsidiary that made both purchases was merged into another aerospace entity in July 2026, so the company that signed a 2025 deal no longer exists under that name. In the same summer the group signed a letter of intent for a majority stake in another precision manufacturer and announced an investment in a precision aerospace and defense group, so the buying has not stopped.
It is not a machine shop operator. The same holding company runs a biosciences brand and its news alternates between the two, so what a seller is joining is a public roll-up whose thesis is aerospace and defense supply chains, assembled from shops, and not a trade group run by people who grew up in one.
What It Buys
Newport Beach, California. A listed holding company rolling up US precision machining, which buys single CNC shops outright and prints the revenue it bought in the release.

Confirmed Deals
2 deals traced to announcements by PMGC Holdings, 2025, newest first. Firms that announce every deal show a fuller run here than firms that report acquisitions as quarterly counts, so read this as the evidence that clears the bar rather than as the firm's whole record.
