The Firm
Harkness Capital Partners is a New York lower-middle-market firm that describes itself as investors and managers dedicated to building long-term value, backing management teams at what it calls inflection points. Its hunting ground is service businesses from about $5 million of EBITDA, up to $15 million in its releases and $25 million on its criteria page: transportation, field and facility services, rentals, and infrastructure.
