Its published criteria are three lines and say nothing about size: market leaders, unique in the marketplace, strong financial performance. Read against the deals, the first of those looks like a claim about a niche rather than about scale, since a manufacturer representative for water and wastewater equipment in one region is a market leader only in the way any specialist is.
What it says happens afterwards is that it works with the acquired company's management team and invests in the resources to build a foundation, which is the ordinary bolt-on promise. The releases live on an investor subdomain rather than on the main site, and the acquisitions page itself names no deals at all.
