## At a Glance

If you are a woman considering or running a search, join early: the cohort structure works best from the deciding stage, not after the [LOI](https://searchspheresource.com/glossary/loi).

## What It Costs

Membership terms are not published; joining runs through the site's application (womenssearchnetwork.com, July 2026).

## Best For

Women at any point on the [searcher](https://searchspheresource.com/glossary/searcher) arc who want peers and mentors who have run the same path, in a field where they remain sharply underrepresented

## Pros and Cons

- Pro: Covers the whole arc: prospective searchers, active searchers, and sitting CEOs each get programming
- Pro: Cohort-based peer mentorship rather than a feed to scroll
- Pro: In-person presence at the industry's conferences plus an annual CEO retreat
- Con: Membership terms and size are not published
- Con: Programming depth depends on volunteer energy, as in most practitioner communities
- Con: No public content library to evaluate before applying

## What Searchers Say

Women are roughly 17% of the most recent searcher cohort, the highest recorded, and the women-in-ETA networks are the visible response; WSN is the most established of them with a real site and recurring programming.
