## At a Glance

Worth a look when the seller was doing three jobs and you are not going to.

## What It Costs

Published on its pricing page at $1,000 a month per full-time hire, covering recruiting, onboarding, coaching, retention support and replacement cover. The hire's own salary is billed separately.

## Best For

Filling an operations or bookkeeping seat without paying a US salary

## Pros and Cons

- Pro: Publishes an actual monthly price and what it covers, which most of this category does not
- Pro: Its own site names founders and operators of ecommerce, agency and home-services businesses as the customer
- Pro: Posts dated within the last week, so the offering can be checked rather than assumed
- Con: The monthly fee sits on top of the hire's salary, and the savings math on its own site assumes remote pay near a quarter of a comparable US hire
- Con: Its named client base runs up into [private equity](https://searchspheresource.com/glossary/private-equity) and enterprise recruiting, so part of the practice is above this reader
- Con: Talent is sourced from one country, so a role needing US hours or US licensure is out of scope

## What Searchers Say

Recurs across the archive of a [search fund](https://searchspheresource.com/glossary/search-fund) podcast. Read on its own homepage, pricing, about and blog pages, where both the price and the customer language are published.
