## At a Glance

The operator room the ETA calendar was missing; take the Main Stage pass first and upgrade next year if the peer bench proves out.

## What It Costs

2026 (September 15 to 17, Columbia, Missouri): Main Stage pass $250, Classic $1,500, All-In $6,000 (mainstreetsummit.com, August 2026). The $1,000 and $5,000 prices recorded in July are no longer offered, having risen on August 1 exactly as the site said they would, which is worth knowing a year out: this event prices early buyers lower and publishes the step in advance.

## Best For

Buyers who want operator conversations more than capital-raising ones, and new owners building a peer bench after closing

## Pros and Cons

- Pro: Operator-heavy attendance, the room most events lack: people already running the businesses [searchers](https://searchspheresource.com/glossary/searcher) want to buy
- Pro: Published pass pricing across three clear tiers
- Pro: Field-trip format puts you inside actual businesses rather than ballrooms
- Con: Classic and All-In tiers price like a serious line item for a pre-acquisition budget
- Con: Less capital-provider density than the academic ETA conferences
- Con: Columbia, Missouri means a connecting flight for most of the country

## What Searchers Say

Strong word of mouth in the SMB-operator world since its 2022 debut; recaps consistently praise attendee quality and the operator focus. The buyer take: the main-stage pass is the cheap way to test whether the room fits your stage.
