# Rebooking rate

A term used when buying med spa.

The share of clients who book the next visit before they leave, which fills the calendar.

A full forward book is what a buyer pays a premium for, and in an appointment business this predicts next quarter better than last year's revenue does. Ask to see the calendar rather than a percentage, six weeks out, and check how much of it belongs to one provider. A practice that rebooks at the chair has a habit; one that relies on reminder texts has a marketing spend, and the two are worth different money.
