# Jobs per van day

A term used when buying carpet cleaning.

How many cleans one truck completes in a working day, the capacity every number rests on.

A truck-mount and a technician cost the same whether they run two jobs or five, so the schedule is the business. Residential cleans are small and close together, commercial jobs are larger and run at night, and a book of one cannot be scheduled like a book of the other. Ask for jobs completed per van per day across a year rather than an average week, because the seasonal swing here is wide enough to hide a capacity problem.
