# VIVE Collision

## The Firm

VIVE Collision describes itself as a leading multi-site operator in the collision repair industry, founded in 2021 by a group of industry professionals. Its founder was chief operations officer at H&V Collision from 1994 to 2018 and then a regional vice president at a national MSO. No capital partner is named on its site, and no head office either: each release is datelined from the town of the shop it bought.

It buys single shops and small groups and often counts locations in the headline. Joe DiIorio Auto Body in Homestead, Pennsylvania was its 80th in September 2026, and Cherry Collision's three southern New Jersey facilities took it to 75 in March 2026. Before those came an electric-vehicle specialist in New Castle, Delaware in August 2025, and three shops in one February 2025 release with individual join dates in the body.

A body shop owner in the Northeast is bidding against a buyer adding a location a month. Brands go: acquired shops are renamed VIVE Collision of the town or carried as the old name powered by VIVE, so the seller's sign comes down or gets a suffix. The releases lead with square footage, bay count and OEM certifications, which says what this buyer prices.

Read again in September 2026: two purchases the list lacked. The firm's own location count climbs by thirteen between its posts with no post naming them, so the newsroom holds a sample of what it buys and the numbering says how large the rest is. The shop directory read that night lists eighty-two locations, and seventy of them have no release naming them. Their shared page dates fall in groups that show one purchase each, so three more releases the registry lacked are rows and the seventy are a count.
