# RHP Properties

Farmington Hills, Michigan. A long-running manufactured housing community owner that buys whole communities by name and site count, where the land and the lot rents are one asset rather than two.

## The Firm

RHP describes itself as professionally managing manufactured home communities for over thirty-five years. Its newsroom does the thing most buyers in this trade do not: it names the community and prints the site count, which is what makes a row here possible at all.

The property-versus-operation question that decides a marina or a hotel row does not arise here, and saying so is more useful than flagging it. A land-lease community IS its lot rents; there is no separate operating business to keep. A seller is selling the whole thing or nothing.

The nearest higher-volume buyer in this trade fails the bar for the opposite reason. It publishes roughly a dozen dated acquisitions in a year and names the town and the homesite count in each while never naming the community, so its record cannot be checked against anything.

Read again in September 2026: a New Jersey purchase the list lacked a year before Pinewood Acres. The newest card since is a Jensen Beach headline over an empty body, which is not a release until the body is filled; the Miami item between them is a new build. The Texas purchase of January 2025 is a row that night, opened from the sitemap's numbered address after the index page had shown only six titles at a time.

## Confirmed Deals

Deals traced to announcements, newest first. Firms that announce every deal show a fuller run here than firms that report acquisitions as quarterly counts, so read this as the evidence that clears the bar rather than as the firm's whole record.
