Northgate calls itself one of the nation's leading outdoor hospitality companies and runs its parks under the Jellystone Park, Camp Fimfo and Camp Margaritaville names, so the practical read for a seller is that the business continues and the sign changes.

Its releases are written around the family that built the place rather than around the transaction, which tells a seller something about the process. The Martha's Vineyard release quotes its chief executive saying the selling family poured their hearts into building a destination generations of campers have come to love.
