## The Firm

Ivy Rehab calls itself a national leader in outpatient musculoskeletal rehabilitative and pediatric therapy services, and its releases sign as the Ivy Rehab Network. Growth runs on two tracks at once: clinicians launch new clinics under its brands, and established independent practices join whole, each announced on its own site with a date.

The practices it takes in are the trade's familiar names: a Pennsylvania clinic run by the same family for more than twenty years, a Hackensack practice built over thirty-five years by its founding therapist, a Michigan rehabilitation provider. Its releases even list a partnership liaison by name, a hiring-desk for acquisitions that tells you how steady the pipeline is.

Beside U.S. Physical Therapy's partial-stake model this gives the trade two standing buyers with different propositions: one leaves the seller equity and a role, the other brings the practice into a network. A searcher valuing a clinic is bidding between those two offers, not against an empty field.

Read again in September 2026: two more New Jersey partnerships in the autumn of 2025, then ten months of openings under its own brands and no partnership post, and in August 2026 the network renamed itself Ivy Health at more than 800 locations. The name on this row follows; the clinics still trade as Ivy Rehab. The whole newsroom opened that evening added six partnerships from December 2022 to June 2025, one of them twenty-four New Jersey clinics at once; a seventh prints a dateline a year before its page and is held out.
