## The Firm

H2 Health describes itself in its own announcements as a comprehensive rehabilitation provider. Its acquisitions are named practices instead of portfolios, and the release states how many locations came with the deal, which is the number that decides whether a practice is a searcher-sized target or a platform-sized one.

Physical therapy coverage on this site had rested on two large names, both operating at a scale a self-funded buyer never meets. A regional buyer that announces a six-clinic purchase is a more useful comparison for somebody underwriting one or two clinics.

The practical read for a seller is that a multi-clinic group in a market this firm already serves is the shape it announces. It publishes no size band, so ask.

Read again in September 2026: nothing announced since the Arkansas purchase, whose release prints an April 2 dateline under an April 13 post. The location directory added a Texas practice in May and eleven Oklahoma clinics in September with no release for either.
