Not dated: These rows date a purchase to a YEAR. A year padded to January the first invents a precision nobody measured.

## Who They Are

Rentokil Initial calls itself the world's leading commercial pest control provider, the world's leading commercial hygiene services provider, and the world's leading commercial provider of plants and scenting, run as three lines: Rentokil, Initial, and Ambius. Its own pages put local teams across over 90% of global GDP and operations in 98 of the world's 100 largest cities. It counts its history in a century, and its acquisition record includes Terminix Global Holdings, the largest deal in the trade.

For a searcher the read is the endgame of the services roll-up at planetary scale: the company that buys the consolidators. Its purchase of VDCI, a search-fund-built vegetation and pest management company, is the proof on this page that a searcher-run services business can end its run inside one of the largest trade buyers on earth. A meeting with it is a corporate-development process with integration questions, not a fund pitch: what carries the price is the contract book, the technicians, and the route density, the same assets the industry guides teach a buyer to build.

## The Exits They Bought

Each row is a company a searcher built, with the year of the exit and the sources that establish both halves: the buyer's own announcement, and the record showing the company was searcher-owned.

### Vector Disease Control International (2017)

Jay Davis and Jason Pananos raised the Nashton Partners search fund in 2008 and bought VDCI, a Little Rock mosquito-control company, then made 14 add-on acquisitions. Rentokil announced the purchase of the roughly $47M-revenue company in November 2017 as its largest North American deal since Steritech.
