## Who They Are

Noggin Guru describes itself as the most responsive provider of online education for financial services, and as a company that cares about people and their success. Its own news page is mostly a purchase record: BankersHub, BOL Learning Connect, Lorman Education Services and TRC Interactive, all announced in 2024. Its board lists a founder and a former co-head of Vista Equity Partners' Foundation Fund.

It is one of few buyers on this shelf that publishes what it wants. Its sell-to-us page asks for online education or technology, a B2B software-as-a-service revenue model, multi-year contracts, strong retention, profit, $500,000 to $10 million of revenue and a US base. It states a strong preference for buying all or a controlling interest, and says a seller's brand and mission continue after the purchase. Its leadership page today names two vice presidents and an M&A associate, and no chief executive.

## The Exits They Bought

### Lorman Education Services (2024)

Michael Tadros bought Lorman Education Services, an Eau Claire continuing-education company founded in 1987, through his search vehicle Trailview Partners with Endurance Search Partners behind him, and ran it as chief executive. Noggin Guru bought it in July 2024 and named him chief executive of the combined company. His backer now titles him Lorman's exited chief executive.
