## The Firm

Cadrex is the clearest exit in this trade because its newsroom is a list of them: eleven first-party acquisition posts naming CNC machining, laser machining, metal fabrication and tool-and-die companies, each with a date and what the company does.

The reader-facing shape is a platform rather than a strategic. A shop bought here becomes one of a set of facilities described by capability and coast, which is what a seller is choosing when they take this call: the business continues and the name usually does not.

Read again in October 2026: the whole newsroom holds eleven purchases from August 2021 to February 2023 and none since, six of them rows now, three machine shops among them. In June 2023 its own news page quoted the chief executive saying the company was pivoting from acquisition mode toward organic growth. Every release since is a plant, a ranking, an award or a certification, the newest a Monterrey equipment investment in September 2026, so the buying stopped in 2023 and the firm did not.
